I built my first positive geared investment project with Modo a little over 4 years ago, they are now building my fifth and another for my partner. I keep coming back because they really do seem to know their stuff. In my experience building is never completely stress or trouble free but the Modo team do manage to iron out most of the bumps.
I would like to thank Glenn and Shaun from Modo Project Builders for the great effort they did building my 9 unit Rooming house. Things happened when they said and the costs were on budget. What they achieved in 6 months took me 2 years when I tried doing a similar project by myself. It was really a stress free process using Modo. What impressed me the most was the after sales service they advised and assisted with council requirements. Two years after I took possession there was a minor issue. Modo were there the next day and fixed it immediately. I highly recommend them.
